Greetings thanks for stopping by. I am using this outlet to keep anyone interested in the daily happenings up to date.

Today we are brewing Bourbon Barrel Stout and packaging Saison. The Saison is flying off the shelves at this point. We are including it in our variety 12 pks and variety cases as well. Tomorrow we are filtering American Pale Ale and Nut Brown Ale.
As a brewery, at this point every once we can make is sold before it is packaged. This is a great place to be. Time to order more fermenters.

As I hope many of you now know, we are coming upon the inaugural Louisville Craft Beer Week which will be taking place on September 24th and running through October 2nd. This is a very exciting time for those of us who work in the industry and truly love hand crafted quality ales. It is going to be a week of great events featuring the best of locally and regionally craft brews paired wonderfully with unique food from many of the region’s best restaurants. These events will then be located at our favorite bars, restaurants, and retail establishments throughout Kentuckiana.

What I have also enjoyed during the time leading up to this event is how well the the local brewing community combined with distribution channels have come together to make it all possible. A tremendous amount of time has gone into planning and execution to fulfill this dream week for “beer lovers.” It is a great testament to those of us who might be friendly rivals during the day but know that a unified message in the community can only allow for craft beer to continue its climb.

Well done to all, and I thank you for a great week to come! Please make it a point to enjoy the forthcoming festivities and begin your planning now by visiting

As always, thanks for continuing to support local breweries and remember…don’t buy from strangers.
